Order Processing Time

Please allow a minimum of 7 working days for order processing before your merchandise is shipped.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on the destination and the number of items in your order. Here’s how to calculate your shipping charges:

  1. Add your desired items to the cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout and enter your mailing address.
  3. The shipping cost will automatically update and display your total cost, including shipping.

Shipping Fees:

  • Fees are determined by the size, weight, and number of packages.
  • Larger products or additional items may incur slight shipping surcharges.
  • The total shipping charges are displayed on the checkout page.

Delivery Time

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 7 business days after purchase. Once shipped, standard shipping/transit times apply:

  • 12-15 days, depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Tracking and Support

  • A tracking code will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. This code allows you to track your shipment online at any time.
  • Orders will be delivered directly to your home. If the tracking code indicates “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please check with your nearest post office.

Issue Resolution

If you receive the wrong size, please contact our customer support team. We will require the following:

  1. Three images as evidence showing:
    • Chest size
    • Length
    • Sleeve size
  2. Once verified, we will send you a replacement in the correct size at no additional cost.

Important Notes

  • We ship globally from multiple warehouses.
  • Shipping and delivery times may be extended during Christmas and holiday seasons.
